Terms of use

These terms apply to your use of Vitaevia and provide a basis for future personal and business subscriptions.

The service

Vitaevia is an online service for creating, managing and sharing CVs and related workspaces. Features, integrations and limits may be expanded or changed.

Account and use

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, protecting your credentials and all activity from your account. Do not use Vitaevia unlawfully or attempt to disrupt the security or availability of the service.

Your content and cloud storage

You retain rights to the content you enter. You grant Vitaevia only the permission needed to provide the selected features. With personal connected storage, you remain responsible for its content and settings.

Business subscriptions

Vitaevia may later offer paid business subscriptions. Additional terms, pricing, service levels, security arrangements and a data processing agreement may apply. Business data may be processed in an AWS, Azure or other cloud environment managed by the customer; the agreement will define the roles and responsibilities.

Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, outages, changes by integration partners or force majeure may temporarily affect the service.

Intellectual property

The Vitaevia software, visual identity and service content remain the property of T4P or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service while your account or agreement permits it.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Vitaevia is not liable for indirect damage, loss caused by external cloud storage or damage resulting from improper use. Business customers may have different arrangements in their agreement.

Questions and governing law
